Admission Policy & Fee Structure

Admission procedure involves the following.

School Admission Policy

• Admission is purely made on merit.

• For morning, admissions are conducted only for Prep and 1st Year Classes. Admission in other classes depend on availability of seats.

• For afternoon school admission are conducted from Prep to class VIII, subject to the availability of the seats.

• Registration is done by the main office.

• Registration for Class Prep and other classes is done during the month of April and May every year.

• The age of the child for Class Prep at the time of admission should be 5 year, not below 4 and half year.

• Candidates applying for admission in class Prep and other classes will be required to take test in the following subjects.

(a)        Mathematics

(b)        English

(c)        Urdu

(d)        Science (except class Prep and One)

• Candidates seeking admission in other classes will produce school leaving certificate of the previous school duly countersigned by the D.E.O and result at the time of admission.

a          The fee will be deposited without surcharge by 15th of the current monthe of a particular quarter.                                                                                  

b          After 15th to 30th surcharge of Rs. 50/- will be charged.                                                                                  

c          If the fee is not paid by the end of month, the student's name will be struck off the rolls.                                                                                     

     Fresh admission has to be sought on payment of Rs. 2000/- (subject to availability of seat).

Note:                                                                                                                          

1.  Security Refundable will be Rs. 2000/- at the time of admission for Nursery to 10th classes.                                                                                                                         

2.  Security Refundable will be Rs. 3000/- at the time of admission in College.                                                                                                                          

3.  At the time of admission, Full quarter fee will be charged from student disregard of admission in Second or third month

     Provided  the Student has not paid to his previous institution. In such cases fee will be charged from the month the student joins the DPS.

4.  Full year fee will be charged from regular students.                                                                                                                          

5          Student Security refund with in six month          

                                                                                                           

Rate of Fine (Absentee/Late Commer Students)

1.  Rs. 5/- per day will be charged to late coming students. (Montessori to I clasess are not include)                                                                                                                               

2.  Rs. 10/- per day will be charged to absentee students.                                                                                                                                 

3.  Rs. 50 per paper will be fined to a student missing a preparatory paper without leave for the Board classes.

                       OF THE YEAR WITHOUT PRIOR INFORMATION TO THE PARENTS
